How long does the gel last?
Gel can last up to two weeks or more with proper care and maintenance. Applying three to four thin layers of the gel when installing allows the hold to get stronger and last longer.
How do you remove the gel?
Apply warm water onto the lace directly and rub it in. Lace will start to lift. Then clean your lace for next time use.
What is the Refund policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy. Product must return undamaged and in useful condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, Customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Please email us your order number to initiate a refund. Refunds will return to the original payment method.
Where do you ship? do you ship internationally?
At the moment shipping can only be done nationwide (South africa) and not outside of the country. We are working on delivering outside the country.
Does the gel cause any irritation to the skin?
The gel has been designed to prevent harmful reactions and not cause any irritation to the skin/hairline. Free of harmful chemicals and safe for all skin types.
